When placing an order from ingolvillagebrewing.com, you are accepting our terms and conditions that are detailed below. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any point without notice.
You must be aged 18 or over to buy alcohol. By placing an order you are confirming that you are 18 or older.
It is your responsibility to ensure that an adult over the age of 18 is at the delivery address at the time of delivery.
For local deliveries, we reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of the age of the recipient. We operate a challenge 25 policy so will ask for proof of ID if you look younger than 25 years of age.
For national deliveries, if the courier is in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request proof of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.
We are a small family run team, and we strive to ship your order out to you as soon as possible.
We cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays outside of our control.
We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and/or postcode. Please check information is correct before placing your order.
We aim to ensure that all items listed on this website are available and in stock. However, if we are unable to fulfil the whole of your order we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a substitution or refund whichever is most preferable. All substitutions will be of similar value.
If goods are to be returned to us, they must be returned in their original packaging, unused, within 14 days of purchase. You will be refunded for the goods once we have received the items, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. Email us at [email protected] if you would like to return your goods back to us and we will help you to do this.
If your order is damaged or faulty, contact us at [email protected]. You must inform us within 14 days of receipt of order to obtain a refund.
If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact us at [email protected] and we will either resend the order, issue a full refund or offer a voucher for the spent amount on your next order, whichever is most preferable
